Designation: Lead Engineer

• Ownership to the assigned work items.
• Led the In-House HRMS portal.
• Understanding the business requirement and implement it accordingly.
• Help the business owner or stakeholder to understand about the implementation and suggestions.
• Involve in the meeting and suggest/propose about the approaches.
• Integrate 3^rd party API wherever applicable.
• Manage the assigned work items in the Azure or Jira whichever is applicable for the respective project.
• Collaborate with the team for successful delivery of the project.
• Support to the stakeholders if in case they are looking for some information about the ongoing work items.
• Build the frontend system based on the agreed prototype and bind it with the backend services.
• Build the APIs for the frontend or other downstream team to consume.
• Use testing tools and test scenario to perform tests on the ongoing project.
• Build data pipeline required for reporting or any other integration purposes.
• Maintain codebase, version control, code review, and code merge in GIT.
• Based on project demand, shown flexibility in adapting new tech stack, R&D and shown outcome either in terms of POC or fully fledged project.
